Almond butter and Banana Oat Cake

A perfect treat for breakfast. An excellent alternative to the classic porridge, tasty and nutritious. It's quick to prepare, but if you don't have time in the morning, you can also prepare it the night before.

Ingredients:

1/2 mashed banana

85 g oat flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

125 ml oat milk

1 tbsp almond butter

Toppings:

1 tsp almond butter

1/2 sliced banana

Directions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C

  • Mix all the ingredients and pour into an oven safe bowl

  • Add toppings

  • Bake for about 20 minutes

  • Enjoy!
