I am a healthy food lover, I couldn’t live without fruit and I try to integrate it in every meal. When I'm in a hurry my ideal breakfast is yogurt, banana and granola, but when I’ve time I like to try new recipes. One of my favorite breakfasts or snacks are Smoothie Bowls, trendy in recent years, tasty and quick to prepare. Are refreshing and give the right charge to face a long day. Smoothie bowls are also very versatile because the ingredients can vary according to one’s taste. However, frozen bananas give the right consistency to the smoothie and cannot be eliminated/replaced.

Blueberry smoothie bowl ingredients (one serving)
• 1 frozen banana
• 1 glass of frozen or fresh blueberries
• 1/2 glass of vegetable milk
• Maple syrup (if necessary)
For the toppings you can use anything you like, in this case I used half fresh banana, fresh blueberries, goji berries, chia seeds and coconut flakes.
Method
Put frozen bananas, blueberries and vegetable milk in a mixer. Blend and add more vegetable milk if necessary, be careful not to make the mixture too liquid. Taste and if necessary add maple syrup or any other type of sweetener (honey, dates, stevia, etc.). When the mixture is ready pour into a bowl, add toppings and enjoy!
